About the Role:

The Traffic Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys by managing case files, communicating with clients and courts, and ensuring every detail of each case is handled efficiently and accurately. This position requires excellent organization, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and court documents
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and law enforcement agencies
• Schedule court appearances and manage attorney calendars
• Collect and review evidence, driving records, and related documentation
• Support attorneys with case preparation and client updates

• Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal preferred but not required (traffic or criminal law experience a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic case management software
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a small, dedicated team

Compensation

$18 - $19.50 hourly
