Our client is seeking a senior leader who holds executive-level responsibility for a project, client relationship, or portfolio of projects . This individual is typically a firm owner, partner, vice president, or senior principal.

The PIC provides high-level leadership and ensures projects meet the firm’s technical, financial, and contractual expectations.

• Oversees project performance, profitability, and risk.
• Ensures adequate staffing and resources.
• Reviews major project milestones and deliverables.
• Intervenes when significant technical, contractual, or client issues arise.
• Leads a team of project managers who are accountable for execution.

• Maintains relationships with senior client executives and decision-makers.
• Serves as the executive point of contact for major accounts.
• Ensures client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Identifies opportunities for additional projects.

• Develops relationships with prospective clients.
• Participates in major proposals and presentations.
• Identifies new markets and business opportunities.
• Helps establish revenue and growth objectives.

• Project profitability and margins.
• Contract negotiations and approvals.
• Revenue forecasting.
• Scope changes and major change orders.

• Ensuring appropriate technical expertise is assigned.
• Reviewing high-risk engineering decisions.
• Establishing quality expectations.
• Providing guidance on complex design challenges.
• Ensuring compliance with professional standards.

10+ years experience

Licensed PE in Kentucky

Experience in CAD and Civil 3D

Design and Project Management experience required
