- Previous manufacturing experience or wholesale experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure to accomplish production goals.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in proximity with fiberglass, resin and other hazardous catalysts.
- Good understanding of various chemicals such as Epoxy catalysts.
