CNA/RMA – Full-Time | Night Shift | Kendal at Lexington
Starting at $21.84+ per hour, based on experience

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Accurately administer prescribed medications as per RMA certification
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Promote a safe, clean, and homelike environment
Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to ensure individualized care
Current Virginia certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) license
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Availability to work night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM) on a 36-hour/week schedule with every other weekend off
