Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule:

Full-Time | 6 AM to 6 PM
Starting Pay: $32.45+ per hour, based on experience

What You Will Do
  • Deliver direct, compassionate care based on individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments.

  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.

  • Accurately document care and maintain records.

  • Collaborate with the care team and support residents’ well‑being.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

  • Support a respectful, team‑oriented work environment.

  • Adapt to changing needs and participate in emergency response.

What You Bring
  • Current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

  • Previous experience in long‑term care is preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A caring and team‑oriented attitude

  • Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
