Nurse Practitioner
Company Description Marshall Medical Group, through Marshall Lifestyle Medicine, leads the movement in healthy aging and preventive care. The organization focuses on helping patients live without disease, feel energetic, and optimize overall health and vitality, rather than solely treating illness. Its service offerings include advanced aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, laser skin care, and comprehensive wellness programs covering hormone optimization, nutrition, weight management, and supplements.
The practice operates in a gender-neutral, state-of-the-art facility designed to be both luxurious and welcoming, using modern technology to enhance patient communication and convenience. Adjacent to the main office, the M Club provides educational and social experiences, positioning Marshall Lifestyle Medicine as a destination for elective and preventive health services built on values of loyalty, trust, and proactive care.
Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role based in the Greater Lexington Area. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care across lifestyle medicine, wellness, and healthy aging programs, including conducting patient assessments, obtaining medical histories, and performing focused physical exams. Daily responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing and adjusting treatment plans for hormone optimization, nutrition, weight management, and other preventive services, and educating patients on evidence-based health and wellness strategies.
The role involves collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care, documenting all encounters in the electronic health record, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Nurse Practitioner will also support patient consultations related to elective procedures, coordinate follow-up care, and contribute to patient experience initiatives and educational events hosted by the practice.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the relevant state, with national certification from an accredited body (e.g., ANCC, AANP).

- Knowledge of wellness, healthy aging, hormone optimization, nutrition, and weight management principles, or willingness to train in these areas.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and clinical documentation systems, with strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain treatment plans clearly, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, confidentiality, and culturally sensitive, gender-neutral practice.
- Ability to work part time on-site in the Greater Lexington Area, including some evenings or weekends as patient needs require.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program; experience in aesthetics, integrative medicine, or concierge-style practices is a plus.
