Brookside is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support our beautiful community at The Wellington in Lexington, KY
.

• Support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
• Help manage financial performance and meet delinquency goals
• Drive occupancy through effective marketing and leasing strategies
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and rent roll updates
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional presence

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (leadership a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Entrata or similar software experience a plus
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude with leadership potential
