Do you think you have what it takes to be a Mobile Associate (MA) and bring the brand to life?

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
• Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing expertise.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, actively demonstrating coverage, plans, devices and troubleshooting.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Build relationships with and partner across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify and handoff small‑business leads, and create a seamless environment.

• A strong desire to learn and master the skills required of a customer advocate and to build meaningful connections.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices while serving customers.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
  
  Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability
