The Sales Counselor sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services and inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The role assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

Estimated first‑year earnings range: $40,000 - $50,000. Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience working in a CRM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Available to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
