We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, with no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter.
Minimum paid sick leave requirements are provided under applicable state law.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense and will be supplemented with online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
