Residential Support Staff - Lexington & Buena Vista, VA

Location: 241 Greenhouse Road, Lexington, VA

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:

• Provide hands‑on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping
• Offer encouragement and support to help individuals live as independently as possible
• Engage residents in fun recreational activities and community outings
• Complete daily documentation and ensure compliance with care plans
• Administer medications as needed (training provided)
• Be a part of a dynamic, mission‑driven team that makes a lasting impact every day!

• High school graduate/GED preferred.
• Experience working with adults that have developmental disabilities required
• CNA experience desired but not required
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Energetic, positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable problem solver
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and safe driving record
