Virginia Military Institute Athletics, an NCAA Division I member and member of the Southern Conference, is seeking an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach.

• Assist in organizing and directing all phases of the Women’s Soccer Program.
• Recruit and evaluate potential student‑athletes.
• Coordinate team travel arrangements.
• Design and implement training programs focused on athlete development, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with coaching staff conditionally, athletic department, and VMI administration to support student‑athlete academic progress and personal development.
• Perform administrative duties and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
• Ensure compliance with VMI, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and coaching experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and developing student‑athletes.
• Proven track record in recruiting and retaining quality student‑athletes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aCREATEcollaborative approach to working with staff and administrators.
