You’ll manage your own client relationships, deadlines and workload with autonomy, smashing the stereotype that accountants are boring!

• Managing a portfolio of your own clients
• Preparing client records and trial balances
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns under MTD & helping clients get MTD ready
• Preparing annual accounts from trial balance
• Preparing and submitting Corporation & self-assessment tax returns
• Preparing management accounts where clients need it
• Liaising with HMRC and companies house

• Qualified accountant ACCA, ACA, CA or CIMA
• Around 3 years post qualification experience in a practice environment
• Confident across full accounts preparation and year end processes
• Strong, accurate and detail focused
• Comfortable in a client facing role with excellent customer service
• Driven and great at managing your own workload and deadlines
• Hands on experience with Xero, Sage and Tax Calc (or similar)
• Payroll knowledge preferable including PAYE process
