Lanes Group, one of the UK's leading utility services providers, seeks a commercially strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Head of Commercial on the UU contract. You will lead day-to-day commercial activity, oversee WIP and AFPs, review CVR reporting, manage risk, and drive commercial governance across multiple work streams.
Based in Leyland, the role is 40 hours per week with a salary up to £55,000 depending on experience. A Company Car/Car Allowance is provided.
