Lanes Group PLC in Leyland is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to own end-to-end QS work streams on the United Utilities contract. The role requires accuracy, pace and strong process control to manage applications for payment, WIP, and final accounts across multiple streams.
You will collaborate with Operations, Planning, Finance and client representatives to ensure correct valuations, cost capture and timely payments, while protecting the commercial position.
