Your new company

You will be working with a leading facilities and infrastructure provider supporting a major, multi-year construction programme within a live secure estate.

A Tier 1 main contractor is delivering a substantial new-build development adjacent to the existing prison estate, creating a requirement for an experienced Project Manager to represent the existing operational/FM team throughout the construction programme.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will work closely with the Tier 1 construction team, acting as the key interface between the major new-build works and the existing operational estate.

This is a long-term, construction-focused position where you will follow the project as it develops, monitor progress on site and ensure that new construction and M&E works are properly coordinated with existing buildings, infrastructure and live services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the progress of the major construction programme
• Working closely with the Tier 1 main contractor and project team
• Attending construction progress, technical and coordination meetings
• Carrying out regular site walkarounds and keeping up to date with upcoming works
• Coordinating interfaces between the new-build development and the existing estate
