We are now recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our contact centre based at Lancaster House in Leyland (Lancashire).
This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced and exciting industry where no two days are quite the same. In this role you will service after‑sales enquiries from our travel agent partners, providing the excellent service that they expect from you.
Our customer service team are dedicated and passionate about supporting our travel agent partners, going the extra mile, and making them and their customers feel valued at each step of their journey and make us stand out from the crowd.
Day‑to‑day you will be responsible for supporting our travel agent partners and providing great after‑sales care both over the phone, via live‑chat and email. This will involve:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm.
The starting salary is £25,000, increasing up to £26,250 as you complete modules in our training programme over the next 18 months.

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

-Customer service experience – ideally in a contact centre env - literate
Travel industry experience or a keen interest in travel is d - focussed
Great attention t - o detail
Excellent verbal and written communicatio - n skills
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and rem - ain calm
GCSE/’O’ levels in Maths & English language grade 9-4/A*-C or eq - uivalent
