We're seeking motivated individuals with a strong foundation in customer service or contact centres (experience preferred but not essential). You'll be computer literate, adept at multitasking, and possess a genuine passion for problem-solving and a desire to create satisfying customer journeys.

• Shift Example (5-week rotation):
  Your shifts will cover the full opening hours, consisting of one week of 12:30-21:00 shifts, one week of 09:30-18:00 shifts, and two weeks of 08:00-16:30 shifts.
