Cover Administrator (15 hours per week, term time only) -

Up to £12,252 p.a. (FTE £27,565 p.a.)

20 hours per week, during term time (37 weeks) - 7.30am- 11.30am Monday - Friday

Job Description

At Runshaw College we are dedicated to ensuring that all students fulfil their full potential, and we are very proud of the support systems we have in place. A Cover Administrator plays a very important role in being responsible for the effective and efficient management of teacher cover across the college. They assess cover requirements, allocate suitable teaching staff (including agency-sourced staff), and ensure fair distribution of duties in line with college policies.

This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, being the key point of contact between departments, cover staff, and external recruitment agencies.

Initially, this post is fixed term until July 2027.
