SEN Tutor

Overview

Prospero teaching is currently looking for a tutor experienced in providing tuition to KS1/KS2 students, using a flexible creative and nurturing approach.

You will be making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable, disengaged and at risk students.

• Create and deliver personalised learning plans on a one-to-one basis.

• QTS or equivalent or tutoring experience.
• Possess UK classroom teaching experience preferred but not essential.
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.
• Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.

• Within the community or pupils' home.
• Working hours can differentiate, depending on the convenient timings of the family.

• Type of work:
  Temporary.
• Contract:
  
  Full-time/part-time.
• Minimum rate of pay: £25 per hour.
• Duration:
  Ongoing.

• Hold the right to work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
• Provide two professional child-related references.
