We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with hearing impairments and to lead the management of pupils’ medication, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and inclusion.

• Support pupils with hearing impairments in the classroom.
• Manage pupils’ medication and ensure accurate record keeping and safe administration.
• Provide assistance to teachers in delivering lessons and supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
• Assist with administrative work related to individual educational plans and their implementation.

• NVQ level 3 or above qualification (or equivalent); in exceptional circumstances qualifications may be viewed as desirable.
• Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy.

• Experience working with children in a classroom environment.
• Administrative experience.
• Experience with Individual Educational Plans and their implementation.

• Experience working with pupils with hearing impairments.
• Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
• Experience managing pupils’ medical needs.
