37.5 hours per week About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing and highly regarded Financial Planning business. Working as part of a professional and collaborative team, you will provide technical support to Financial Advisers, helping to deliver high-quality financial planning solutions to a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning solutions. Prepare accurate, compliant and detailed suitability reports. Support Financial Advisers with technical case preparation and recommendations. Maintain accurate client records, risk profiles and compliance documentation. Respond to adviser and client queries in a professional and timely manner. Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
Keep up to date with regulatory developments and changes within the financial planning sector. Work closely with advisers and administrators to achieve positive client outcomes. Requirements Essential Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Financial Planning environment. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), or actively working towards completion. Experience preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports.
Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, retirement planning, taxation and financial services regulation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. What's on Offer? Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
