LILS/LM/TT Personal Assistant :
Leyland Area A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a personal assistant to support a friendly and good humoured young man both in his home and out in the local community.
The main job role will be to act as a companion and mentor, supporting independence and broadening knowledge of local activities and groups.
Main tasks involve- Taking out into the local community
- Promoting independent life skills and giving support with household tasks
- Encouraging new hobbies and taking an activity role in the hobbies alongside the client.
- Encourage with volunteering opportunities.
- A car owner / driver with business insurance is essential.
- Successful applicant’s will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
- We are looking for a mentor and companion with a positive outlook and a good sense of humour.
- Someone who is youthful and is willing to participate in activities alongside the client.
4 hours per week flexible by negotiation.
Rate of pay is £15 per hour plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata.
