• Full‑time or part‑time contracts available
• Shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
• Rotational shifts: days, evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins
• Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support

You’ll be supporting adults at Reiver House, a warm, supportive residential service in Leyland, designed for people with complex needs to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

• Learning disabilities

• Mental health needs

• Four bedrooms (three ensuite, one with access to a shared bathroom)
• A dining room, kitchen, living room, quiet room, TV room, and laundry room
• An accessible garden with a patio and BBQ area, perfect for enjoying time outdoors

The service supports men aged 20–50, all of whom are non‑verbal — so someone joining the team should be comfortable supporting individuals with alternative communication needs.

• Hydrotherapy pool sessions
• Trampolining and biking
• Feeding ducks
• Sensory activities, arts and crafts
• Walks, drives, TV, music and being in the community
• Trips to Blackpool and Southport are favourites

• Cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops
• A library, post office and high‑street banks
• The South Ribble Museum & Exhibition Centre
• The British Commercial Vehicle Museum

• Leyland Leisure Centre offers gym and swimming facilities
• Beautiful countryside walks are nearby

• Preston’s cafés, restaurants, shopping centres and Odeon cinema
• The Creative Space Centre — the UK’s largest multi‑sensory centre
• Coastal destinations such as Southport and Blackpool for days out
