PFI Asset Performance Manager

Location:

North West (Hybrid)
Salary: £43,000 + Company Car or £5,550 Car Allowance (circa £48,550 package) + Excellent Benefits
We are recruiting for a PFI Asset Performance Manager to join a friendly, inclusive and  established property and asset management organisation with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality services, building trusted partnerships and investing in its people.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage the day today operational performance of a portfolio of PPP/PFI healthcare assets across the North West. Working closely with facilities management providers, tenants and key stakeholders, you will ensure contractual obligations are met, service performance is maintained and continuous improvement is delivered across the portfolio.

Asset Management / SPV / client side experience desirable

Key Responsibilities

Manage the operational performance of a portfolio of complex PPP/PFI contracts.
Ensure compliance with MSA agreements, Credit Agreements and all contractual obligations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, tenants and FM service providers.
Monitor Facilities Management performance, ensuring contractual KPIs and service standards are achieved.
Identify, investigate and resolve operational and contractual issues.
Support the implementation of contract changes, variations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare operational reports and performance information for senior management and Board meetings.
Maintain accurate contractual documentation, project records and performance trackers.
Manage recharge processes and resolve associated queries.
Monitor defects, Health & Safety matters and insurance claims, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Undertake regular inspections across the property portfolio.
Support the development of short, medium and long-term asset management strategies.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and deliver business objectives.
