Dispatch Supervisor

Overview

Evo Personnel is looking for an experienced and organised Dispatch Supervisor to join our client s growing team based in Leyland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading a small team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient dispatch operations.

• Oversee all daily dispatch activities and coordinate daily workloads.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
• Manage courier collections, book shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain stock accuracy and support inventory checks.
• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all dispatch documentation is completed correctly.
• Uphold health & safety standards within the dispatch area.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support smooth operations.

• Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics supervisory role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident leading a small team and delegating tasks effectively.
• Good IT skills, including experience with dispatch or warehouse systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
