This is a FULL TIME (40 hours) Monday - Friday Role working rotating shifts - 7:30am-4pm & 11am-7:30pm (With an element of outdoor working required)

, the UK’s leading online bathroom retailer, is seeking a Warehouse Pallet Maker to join our brand‑new team in Leyland, Lancashire. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our fabulous bathroom products reach their destinations safely and on time.

• Be a pro in customer satisfaction:
  Your meticulously crafted pallet frames literally form the foundation for a smooth delivery experience.
• Put your construction skills to the test:
  Using timber and power tools, you’ll assemble sturdy frames that can handle even the most luxurious bathtubs.
• Embrace a safety‑first culture:
  We prioritise a safe working environment, and you’ll play a part in maintaining it by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Be part of a fast‑paced team:
  Our warehouse is a hive of activity, and your positive, proactive attitude will help keep things flowing smoothly.

• Experience working with wood and construction materials is a big plus.
• You can follow instructions meticulously and build frames to precise specifications.
• Safety is paramount! You understand and adhere to warehouse safety protocols.
• You’re comfortable operating power tools safely and efficiently.
• You’re physically fit for some heavy lifting (but don’t worry, we have lifting equipment for the big stuff!).
• Communication and teamwork are your middle name.
• You can work independently and collaborate seamlessly with others.
• Standing for long periods during a shift won’t discourage you.

Monday‑Friday rotating shifts - please see the example below.

• WK1 - 7:30am‑4pm
• WK2 - 11am‑7:30pm
• WK3 - 7:30am‑4pm and so on.

Weekend shifts pay rate: £13.20 per hour.

Additional £200 monthly attendance bonus.
