This PRN Physical Therapist role in a SNF setting, located in the Liberal, KS area, offers a $7,500 sign‑on bonus.

• Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise PTAs within facilities.
• Work in both Home Health and SNF settings, with a weekend schedule that may reduce childcare needs.

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all state and federal regulations.

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility and team collaboration.
• Outstanding oral and written communication.
• Experience with geriatric populations.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
