Operating Room Nurses (OR RNs) care for patients before, during, and after surgery and assist the surgeon in procedures. The OR RN provides direct and individualized care to patients.
Responsibilities- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
- Coordinate with medical team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Create and maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment
- Conduct pre- and post-operative education
