• Assist residents with personalized care, including daily living activities and dining.
• Check in with residents and provide status updates at shift start and end.
• Conduct vital sign checks and perform clinical procedures per community policy.
• Maintain accurate resident status updates throughout the shift.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.

• State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Must maintain certification and complete any state-required recertification or continuing education.
