Position Overview – maurices is a world‑class specialty retailer that caters to young‑at‑heart fashionistas in small towns. We pride ourselves on excellent training programs and the consistent feedback we receive from our associates. We genuinely care about our customers, communities, associates, business partners, and results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Act as a sales lead, strategizing to achieve team sales goals.
• As a key holder, execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.
• Interact with customers regularly, providing styling advice.
• Support leadership skill development for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
• Experience in training and directing others.
• Initiative and participation in decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
