Licenses: Series 7 or 6, plus 63/65 or 66, and Life & Health (or a plan to obtain).
Experience: Proven success in financial services—or a strong, metrics‑driven sales track record and desire to excel.
Mind‑Set: Entrepreneurial, client‑focused, and comfortable in a commission / fee‑based model.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
