• Maintain safety and enforce rules and policies of the facility and programs on the deck, surveillance of the deck areas and the facilitation of good customer service while maintaining the aesthetics of the park.
• Demonstrate and maintain positive public relations and customer service skills.
• Responsible for assisting patrons as soon as they enter the facility.
• Enforce patrons to shower before entering the water.
• Check slide height requirement of 48”.
• Provide first aid to patrons.
• Complete incident reports once an incident occurs. Record ALL INCIDENTS correctly and accurately.
• Supervise locker and restroom areas.
• Accountable for operating slides, assisting patrons, and enforcing safety.
• Clean and maintain the facility.
• Attend all weekly staff meetings.
• Execute instructions when advised by supervisors.
