What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead collaboration across cross‑functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals and sales strategies
  • Orchestrate the curation and creation of advanced sales enablement content focused on complex solutions, market trends, and sales techniques
  • Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices for sales enablement content
  • Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6‑8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role
  • Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities to enhance enablement
  • Strong project management experience across diverse teams
  • Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, and Highspot
  • Data‑driven problem‑solving approach, including measurement of impact
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments
