- Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6‑8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role
- Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities to enhance enablement
- Strong project management experience across diverse teams
- Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
- Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, and Highspot
- Data‑driven problem‑solving approach, including measurement of impact
- Ability to balance multiple priorities seamlessly
- Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments
