HR Generalist – Temporary

Location: Liberty Lake, WA
Pay: $60,000 to $70,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Atlas Staffing is hiring an HR Generalist for a stable, well-run employer in Liberty Lake. This is a hands‑on role covering payroll, benefits, recruiting, and day‑to‑day HR support. You will be the go‑to for employee questions and help keep HR processes clean and compliant.

• Support daily HR operations, employee relations, and compliance

• Process bi‑weekly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality

• Support benefits administration and leaves of absence

• Assist with full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training

• Maintain employee records in HRIS and document systems

• Support performance management, policies, and safety initiatives

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience

• Experience with payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

• Excel proficiency and HRIS experience, Dayforce or similar preferred

• Broad HR exposure with real ownership

• Consistent schedule, no nights or weekends
