Rudeen Management is looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping things organized, learning new systems, and wants the opportunity to build a career in HR.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes confidentiality seriously, pays attention to the details, and can be counted on to follow through.

• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, forms, and system information.
• Help manage Rudeen University, our employee training platform, and support company training and compliance requirements.
• Track HR deadlines, documentation, and employee follow-up.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee communications, recognition, and engagement activities.
• Complete employment verifications and other routine HR requests.
• Help with HR reporting, record audits, projects, and day‑to‑day department needs.
• Provide employees and managers with routine HR and system support.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, applicant, and company information at all times.
• Take on additional HR responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Human Resources, administrative, customer service, recruiting, training, or related experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and appropriately handling sensitive information.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and HR processes.
• Most importantly, an interest in learning, growing, and building experience in Human Resources.
