RMA Technician

This position is responsible for repairing all Open Eye products and testing all product returns. The RMA technician will report to the RMA Manager.

• Communicates with the RMA Manager about what work needs to be done.
• Repair, test, and troubleshoot Open Eye products sent in for repair and credit.
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

• a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
• a minimum of 1 year's related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The pay for this full-time opportunity is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus .

The base salary range of this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience. This allows opportunity for growth and development within the role. The base salary offered is part of a total compensation package.
