Bretz RV & Marine is building an elite sales force in Liberty Lake. We’re not looking for “average.” We’re looking for high-performance relationship builders who know how to close, love competition, and want a career where the upside is real.

Applications open on December 15th, and we’ll start with phone interviews shortly after. Beginning January 5th, we’ll invite top candidates for in‑person interviews. Hiring will take place between January 12th and February 15th.

• Build strong relationships with customers and help them find the right RV, boat, or outdoor lifestyle upgrade
• Manage your pipeline, from follow‑up, follow‑through, and close
• Master the Bretz sales process to drive consistent, high‑quality deals
• Maintain high activity, high energy, and a results‑driven mindset
• Stay hungry, coachable, and competitive every day

• Proven success in a commission‑based sales role strongly preferred
• Energy, drive, and a competitive mindset
• A culture fit - team‑oriented, coachable, and focused on customer experience
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Strong investigative skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑moving environment
• Valid driver's license required with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years
• To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience in RV, automotive, powersports, or retail sales is strongly preferred — but not required for people with drive, grit, and charisma.

• Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods
• Bending, climbing, and stooping
• Occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

• Uncapped commission structure
  • 20% of the GP on RVs
  • 25% of the GP on Marine
• $4,000 a month guarantee for the 1st 4 months
• $36,000 to $250,000 annually
