• The position is safety‑sensitive and requires pre‑employment drug screening, including for non‑psychoactive THC.

• Repairs and warranty repair on various types of boats, boat motors; outboards, I/O’s, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Rig new engine installs.
• Rig new trolling motor & fish finder installs.
• Winterizing duties and shrink‑wrapping.
• Use diagnostic tools to test/set up engine components.
• Perform regular trailer maintenance, bearing, and brake service.
• Unload boats, shop cleaning, etc.

• Marine technician certification or previous marine technician experience.
• Knowledge of tools and ability to own the full set of specialized tools for on‑site use.
• Knowledge of shop equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Deadline and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High regard for cleanliness and respect for others’ property.
• Good customer service skills; you will be asked to discuss certain repairs directly with customers.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Boat Technician Certification (Mercruiser, Volvo, etc.).

• $2500 Sign‑on Bonus!
• 6‑month $2500 Bonus!
• 60,000 – 90,000 annual equivalent DOE.
