The Premium Services Lead focuses on executing member and client account management, scheduling, and daily retention practices. The Lead ensures accuracy and consistency in member & client care, helping the Manager minimize attrition and maximize satisfaction.

• Execute daily account management tasks including freezes, billing, scheduling, and renewals.
• Set up and support training sessions to ensure schedules are accurate and fulfilled.
• Ensure onboarding of new members and clients is completed with accuracy and care.
• Monitor delinquency, attrition, and satisfaction data daily; provide reports to the Manager.
• Resolve day-to-day member or client issues promptly, escalating larger issues to the Manager.
• Support trainers with scheduling, materials, and adherence to service standards.

• Member and client accounts are accurate and updated daily.
• Training sessions are scheduled, supported, and executed without errors.
• Member and client issues are resolved quickly, with minimal need for Manager involvement.
• Members and clients are retained long term, and happy with their services.

• Highly organized and detail focused.

• Comfortable with administrative systems and account accuracy.

• Accuracy of member/client accounts and billing.
