• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and comfort
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleaning, as well as maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Participate in activity planning and implementation, promoting socialization, engagement, and enjoyment among residents
• Collaborate with the care team to identify and address individual resident needs, preferences, and concerns
• Document resident care and interactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals with memory loss
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
