Girard Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN, RN, or LPN to join our Home Health team. This role offers a flexible schedule, making it perfect for a skilled RN looking to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes while maintaining work-life balance.

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to care plans and physician orders.
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with the Home Health team to evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.

• Current RN licensure in the state of Kansas.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience;
  Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
