Overview

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Locum Tenens Travel Nursing in Girard, Ohio. Provide compassionate clinical support and essential patient care in patients' homes throughout Trumbull, Columbiana, and Mahoning Counties.

• Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday – Friday, every third weekend)

  8-hour days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,733 - $1,926
• On-call: 2-3 on-call shifts per month

• Active Ohio or Compact RN License (required)
• 12+ months of recent Home Health RN experience (within last 3 years)
• Proficient with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) software
• Experience with OASIS documentation
• BLS certification

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to home health patients across Trumbull, Columbiana, and Mahoning Counties
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation accurately and on time
• Utilize HCHB software for patient charting and care coordination
• Maintain productivity standards (minimum 30 points per week)
• Participate in on-call rotation (2-3 shifts per month)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance
