• Provide outstanding service with a genuine, friendly, and enthusiastic approach for pets and their owners.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and stay current with new releases.
• Follow daily and monthly cleaning lists to keep the store clean and organized.
• Assist with shipment processing, product replenishment, merchandising, and floor stock monitoring to ensure accurate pricing, proper display, and correct rotation.
• Complete POS transactions quickly and accurately.
• Celebrate successes and enjoy what you do.

• A strong focus on building customer relationships through excellent service.

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, multi‑priority environment.
