Seasonal Gym Supervisor

We are dedicated to providing the highest level of services to ensure an exceptional quality of life for our community. We have an immediate opening for a Seasonal Gym Supervisor. The ideal candidate will follow procedures and successfully facilitate a positive experience for the complex visitors.

• Nights & weekends
• Normal hours of operation are 5:30pm-10:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:30am - 5:00pm Saturdays & Sundays
• Flexible, based on your availability
• Typical season ends after the last Saturday of February.
• Employees are encouraged to return for subsequent seasons
• Approximately 15 hours/week, depending on your availability
• We're open to applicants who want to work more or less hours

• Open and close
• Manage weather related issues
• Provide customer service
• Help maintain cleanliness of the facilities

• Effective communication skills with the public, supervisors and co-workers
• Flexibility to work weekday evenings, weekends, and some weekdays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Completion of the First Aid/CPR Course in a timely manner
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation is required, as the position requires travel to and from the Community Center to check out and return keys, as well as travel to and from the schools where the employee will be supervising.
