* Position Overview
* The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages while working collaboratively with a skilled clinical and administrative team. You’ll be supported to practice at a high level, deliver excellent outcomes, and build lasting patient relationships.
* Responsibilities
* * Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative care, extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics
* Treat adult and pediatric patients with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
* Perform thorough exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning using digital imaging
* Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
* Follow strict infection control and aseptic protocols
* Collaborate with team members using efficient four-handed dentistry
* Qualifications
* * DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Active Missouri dental license (or ability to obtain)
* Confidence in general dentistry procedures; endodontics and extractions preferred
* Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software a plus
* Strong communication skills and ethical clinical judgment
* Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent patient care
