City Year Ameri Corps members coach and mentor students across elementary, middle and high school levels to help them achieve academic success, improve attendance and build positive behaviors. You’ll plan and monitor progress, work with teachers on in-class instruction and small-group support, and help students stay engaged.
Experience isn’t required—City Year provides 2–4 weeks of training at year start and ongoing support from teachers and staff.
