You’ll be providing one-on-one support for clients in their homes, helping them live more independently and safely. Every day may look a little different, but typical duties include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting mobility and transfers safely
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments
• Following a personalized care plan and documenting services provided
• Communicating regularly with the office and client families
• Ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and cared for

Not everyone is meant for caregiving — but if you’re reliable, kind, and motivated to help others, you could thrive here. We’re looking for individuals who bring:

• A client-centered mindset – someone who puts people first
• Good communication skills – especially when it comes to follow-through and updates
• The physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Willingness to drive to client homes and assist with errands
• The ability to pass a background screening required by the State of Missouri
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one – we’ll help guide you)

Experience helps, but it’s not required. If you’re dependable and caring, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.
