• Maintain cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity and physical safety
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co‑workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
