1st Shift | Full-Time

• Fulfill custom greeting card orders with precision and efficiency.
• Pick, print, process, finish, and package orders to customer specifications.
• Operate laser printers, paper banders, folders, Fed Ex shipping stations, envelope sealers, and more.
• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve printing and equipment issues.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere.
• Work across both Order Assembly and High Speed production areas.

• This is a 1st Shift position
• Standard shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• During peak season, shifts may extend to 10-, 12-, or 14-hour shifts
• Overtime and weekends are required

• Work in our Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, MO.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with computers, office equipment, or mailing machines.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends with short notice.
• Experience with automated printing/mailing equipment, Detailed Project Instructions (DPI), Card Fulfillment System, and Fed Ex Manager.
• Strong communication, basic math, and reading skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Works constructively as part of a diverse team.
